2022 MRV STR Survey Final Results

388 respondents provided their perspectives and experiences in the MRVPD survey that was open from August 29 – October 5, 2022.

The MRV STR Survey was developed to provide the Mad River Valley (MRV) community with a deeper understanding of the impacts of short-term rentals (STRs) on its housing stock, economy, people, and community. The MRV STR Survey is the first step in a public engagement process of better understanding the impacts of STRs in the community, with subsequent steps to include the gathering of accurate, unbiased, and specific quantitative data, poised to take place in 2023.
